Karl founded IntraDesign Interiors in 1990 after years in the family plumbing business, Mokher Plumbing. He leads kitchen and bathroom design, renderings, project management, and billing—bringing a deep understanding of how every system in a home works together. Known as a stern perfectionist (and genuinely kind), Karl is trusted for tight timelines, clean execution, and consistent results.

With 20 years as a professional artist, Janet brings a trained eye for composition, color, and balance. She ensures every space looks cohesive from the first selection to the final styling.

Production • Project Manager
Eric supports clients and builds with a detail-first mindset—thinking ten steps ahead to prevent surprises. He manages subcontractors and helps coordinate framing, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and finish carpentry to keep projects moving smoothly. He’s currently working toward his GC license and is known for clear communication and strong on-site coordination.
